Thawab was founded by Dua, a textile designer with a heart for elegance. The name reflects the reward in every sincere intention and graceful step. Each abaya is designed to wrap a woman in dignity, confidence, and identity.

Product Descriptions: We strive to display our abayas and collections (including Divine Glow, Heavenly Light, Celestial Shine, Illuminated Spirit, Luminous Grace, and Siyah S) as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to screen displays or handmade craftsmanship.

Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) . For customers in Pakistan, prices may also be shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) , and for customers in the United Kingdom, in British Pounds (GBP) . Exchange rates are provided for reference and are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or store credit.
Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods depending on your location:

International Orders: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

Pakistan Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers in Pakistan, in addition to other payment options.

Shipping and Delivery
Pakistan Delivery
We offer reliable delivery services across Pakistan. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for domestic delivery.
International Delivery
For international orders (including UAE, UK, and other countries), please allow 15 to 20 business days for delivery.
Customs and Duties
International orders (outside UAE) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are your sole responsibility.
Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.
Exchange Policy
We take great care in crafting each abaya with quality and precision. Please review our exchange policy carefully:
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing flaw upon arrival.
- The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The tag has been removed or tampered with.
- The product has been used, washed, or worn.
- The product has any smell (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.) or stains.
- The product is returned after the 5-day reporting window.
Exchange Process
- Contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective item with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product (subject to availability). If the same item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
COD Orders (Pakistan)
For Cash on Delivery orders, exchanges follow the same policy. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
